Job Description
You will be accountable for the performance and development of a team of dedicated sales staff sourcing opportunities across SMB and Enterprise. Your primary focus will be ensuring the team works in an efficient manner to drive and qualify high value opportunities into our desk based sales team and senior sales team. You will work closely with our marketing function to align on high converting campaigns aimed at new business and existing customers to optimize our growth from the top of the funnel.
Job responsibilities
- Develop, own and implement KPIs and targets
- Working in conjunction with our marketing team to align on campaigns
- Conduct training and development sessions
- Be responsible for overall team performance measured against ANS metrics
- Conducting performance reviews in alignment with HR policies
- Take ownership of development of direct reports and their career
- Recruitment and onboarding for team
- Report on key metrics to stakeholders within the business on a weekly basis
Our expectations of you:
- Previous management experience in a telesales/lead generation role
- Experience in the technology industry is advantageous
- Commercially astute and numbers focused
- Experience of reporting into Director and C-Suite level stakeholders
- A fast-learning ability to take on knowledge of Locationify Products (heavily supported by training)
- Experience providing training
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred
- Experience with SalesForce is advantageous
- Knowledge of Locationify and the technology sector would be advantageous
